Goods & Services Tax (GST) is calculated on goods & shipping. It is included in the price of all products & added to freight in the final calculation of your shopping cart. For orders shipped to destinations outside of Australia. Orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes, or duties on, or following delivery.
You may order online using a credit card (We accept Master Card, Visa, or Bank Card. All prices are in AUD ($) and credit card transactions for orders outside of Australia will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.
Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our guarantee to you, means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to the Arrmack Sports & Services, within 7 working days from receipt of the goods, you will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. We will not accept return of: Goods that have been worn, or laundered, we will also not accept for credit, goods that have been damaged due to lack of care by the purchaser. All our goods are quality checked before shipped to a specified destination.

We recommend that you use registered delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged, or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to Arrmack Sports & Services Pty Ltd. We recommend that you use registered Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.
Your shopping cart displays the goods you have purchased we endeavour to process all orders within 48 hours, of receipt of payment, dependent on availability. We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale. The costs for delivery are shown & vary, depending on the shipping destination; all our orders are shipped via Australia Post.All orders should be received by our customers within 5-7 days, for deliveries within Australia. However this time set, can not be applied to deliveries outside of Australia.For most international deliveries we advise our customers to allow 10-15 days.
